There is NO cleaning fee if you book directly through us rather than a booking channel.
From 1/1/2025 the Victorian State Government has imposed s Short Stay Rental Levy of 7.5%, this will be added to the booking as we are liable to remit these funds to them at least annually. You will pay this levy regardless of what channel you use to book.

Note:
- All bookings are usually a minimum of 2 nights, we occasionally have orphan single nights, please check via the BOOK NOW button
- Weekend days – Friday, Saturday & Sunday, a 3 or 4-night minimum applies on long weekends
- Weekdays – Monday through Thursday
- Extended stays – POA
- The second bedroom & bathroom are locked when the 1 bedroom option is booked
- A 50% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance due seven (7) days before check-in.
