Briars Cottage & Briars Loft – Daylesford COVID-19 action plan

Due to COVID-19 we have made additional procedures part of our routine property cleaning to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable stay. These include:

Cottages
Beyond our normal cleaning procedures, the cottages have additional sterilising protocols in place. Attention will be focused on high-touch surfaces and more rigorous cleaning throughout.
Our linen is supplied by McCallum out of Ballarat using hotel quality hygienic cleaning solution.

Spa Baths
The spa baths continue to be cleaned and spa jets flushed using Spa.Genie supplied by Hy.Genie.

This has always been our normal practice and will continue to be so.

Guest Contact Details
We collect contact details of all adult guests staying at Briars Cottage or Briars Loft Details collected include then names, contact numbers and town/suburb of residence. These details will only be used if requested by the relevant health authorities in the event of contact tracing.
